Rain Cloud (Wall Cloud, Baltimore), comissioned for “Move, Maneuver. Track and Traipse” at School 33 Arts Center in Baltimore again celebrates the beauty of community by using lost and found umbrellas and donated umbrellas, while also intentionally chaging and directing the way individuals are able to move around the gallery space. These everyday, ubiquitous forms of protection cluster together, gaining strength and support in their attachment, rising and twisting to create an imposing yet playful installation.
